Not in Puerto Plata but well worth the drive to Cabarete. Take the mountain road from Cabarete to Moca, at the crest of the mountain with a view from 7000 ft. is the resaurant.

On av. Colon is this bar/restaurant where all the English expats and visitors hang out. Owned and run by Bobby a Canadian and his Dominican wife Mary it is a favorite spot.
